Parent Survey 2023

In summer 2023 you said...

  • My child cannot always do their homework independently
  • I do not always know who to talk to about my child’s learning

We did...

  • Each year group have created a homework guide for parents and have shared detailed information, during parent induction meetings, to support children working at home.
  • During induction meetings in the Autumn term, staff shared with parents the members of staff they can speak to if they have a concern. This information is also regularly shared in the school newsletter and is also available on the school website.

Below, is the feedback that we received from our SEND and PPG parents during our Autumn 2022 meet the teacher meetings.

The below graph shows the collated parent feedback to the end of year reports 2021-2022.

A Parent Survey was carried out in March 2022. The survey asked parents a range of questions regarding their child’s progress and well-being at school. The participation by parents was excellent and the results were overwhelmingly positive. Approximately 210 families took part in the survey.

Parent Survey - Covid Lockdown Remote Learning Provision

A survey was sent out in February 2021 in order to find out how parents felt about our online provision in this most recent lockdown. We had a good response, with 175 parents responding. The results are summarised below.

Our annual parent survey was sent out in December 2019 to all our parents and carers. The response was good, we received 172 completed questionnaires.

From the whole school responses received we have been able to extract data showing the results specifically received from families who have children with special educational needs.

The results from both data sets are shown in graph form below.
